Sleep over

For the umpteenth time, Matteo asked to sleep at grandmae's last night, after dinner there. Tia wasn't home, so grandmae said she could sleep with him on Tia's bed. We asked Matteo if he wanted to check out the bed upstairs, and he said yes. "Mamae, Matteo goes upstairs to see Tia's bed," he told me.

Grandmae and Matteo came down the stairs after a few minutes. "Matteo doesn't want to sleep on Tia's bed. He wants to sleep on my bed", says grandmae. Maybe that's because he was allowed to jump on her bed? Who knows for sure.

At around 10 pm, Grandmae called to say that Matteo was sound asleep, after a reading of "The Little Engine That Could", aka The Blue Engine."

It's morning and we didn't get any calls overnight. All is well.
