Books and food

It's been a few weeks that Matteo would rather read books on his own and/or to us when we put him in bed. It's too cute. He reads the stories (has most of them memorized--"Trains Go", "Cars and Trucks and Things that Go", "The Little Engine That Could") and asks us questions, making us participate in the story telling that he leads.

Meanwhile Sofia has developed a huge appetite. During the day instead of crying for breastmilk she cries for real food. Her favorites so far are lentils, black beans, strawberries. She hasn't really refused anything, from avocados to Greek yogurt to chicken.
